BIG NIGHT IN TICKETS:
On November 12, 2011 the Forsyth Barr Stadium will be set
alight with the Otago Daily Times BIG NIGHT IN concert.
Gates open 3.00pm, Pre Concert starts 4.30pm, Main Concert
starts 7.00pm, Concert finishs about 10.15pm
Tickets are free but there are limited numbers.
Subscribers:
Subscribers will have a chance to go into a ballot to secure
early tickets before the general ticket release on the 1st of
November 2011. Tickets have been capped at 10,000 for the ODT
family so make sure you are in to secure your preferred
seating.
Subscribers can choose from 3 areas of preferred
seating:
Subscriber Ballot- You will need to fill in the subscriber
ballot form found in your ODT from the 18 -20 of
October.
Successful applicants will receive their tickets in the post
by 31 October. If you do not receive your tickets by then you
should assume that you are not successful and should then
apply through general ticket allocations.
Because of limited seats subscribers are not guaranteed
tickets or preferred seating.
General
Public:
The General Public will need to go to one of the following
ticket outlets to pick up tickets as of 1st November.
Tickets are limited and will be released on a first in first
served basis.
Gold Coin Donation On
Entry: The gold coin donation will go to
three areas: 50% KidsCan, 10% Dunedin North Lions Club, 40%
Big Night In Charities Ltd.

What you need to know:
Getting there and Parking:

Arrive early to secure parking in the area. Remember, a
parking permit is required to park in the stadium car
park

The Stadium is an easy 20 minute walk from the Octagon or
10 minutes from the University, with both locations
connecting with all major bus services.

The Stadium is located at 130 Anzac Avenue, Dunedin. Car
parking is available in the immediate area surrounding
the Stadium.

The most under utilised areas for parking are harbour
side of Anzac Ave, particularly in the industrial area
around Ward Street.
Seating:
-
Please sit in the seat allocated to you. Your tickets
will be clearly labelled with you gate isle and seat
numbers.

Disability access points to Stadium are: -South Stand via
Gate J (lift access available to all levels) -Family
Stand (North) via Gates C and E (accessible ramp) -West
Stand via Gate B.

No strollers are allowed in the stand Collapsible
strollers will be allowed on the pitch area ODT
subscribers area ( grass area).

No high heels flat soled shoes only.

No deck chairs allowed, please bring rugs and pillows.
Food and Beverage:

Throughout the Stadium, there are thirteen food and
beverage outlets offering a wide variety of snacks,
meals, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

You can bring Clear sealed bottles of water up to one
litre.

Homemade food like sandwiches.
-
Special food for dietary requirements Baby foods and
liquids.

Cash is a fast easy way to buy food and get back to the
concert. EFTPOS will be available and there will be an
ATM located at the South Stand box office.

Clothing Please remember that even though the stadium is
roofed the temperature inside is only a few.
