In 1985, drawing on hotel and professional catering experience dating back to the mid-60s, Tony and Heather set about developing a unique system of catering which should enable them to cater for functions of between 20 and 5000 people. This company continues successfully today under the same management and utilizing the orginal concept. Innovative thinking and good old kiwi ingenuity have had a helping hand along the way, making Barbeque Bill the popular choice for function catering of any description.
Our philosophy is simple; one phone call and we do it all. From a small party to corporate event catering, we believe that the last person returning for an extra portion should have the same choice as the first person served.
