Kiwi singer Kimbra and Australian singer-songwriter Gotye have scored a Grammy nomination for record of the year for their duet Somebody That I Used To Know.
The category includes a hefty six nominees, each of which was inescapable over the past year.
The list also includes Kelly Clarkson's Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You), fun.'s We Are Young, Taylor Swift's We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together, The Black Keys' Lonely Boy and Frank Ocean's Thinkin Bout You.
Clarkson and fun. also were nominated in the best pop vocal album category, announced at the Grammys nominations concert, aired live from Nashville for the first time.
