The I Will Never Let You Down hit-maker took to Twitter to insist she has "nothing but the utmost respect for Beyoncé" after she was romantically linked to the Empire State of Mind rapper.
She wrote: "I never usually address tabloid gossip but let me be clear, these rumours are false. I have nothing but the utmost respect for Beyoncé. Let's continue enjoying Lemonade."
The 24-year-old singer was accused of having an affair with Jay Z after Beyoncé appeared to hint on her newly released Lemonade that he had cheated on her with a "Becky with good hair".
Fans believed Ora had been dropping hints the songs were about her after she posted cryptic pictures on her Snapchat account.
One saw her don a skimpy outfit with the bikini with a lemon print hiding her modesty. She also posted a snap of herself wearing a gold necklace with the initial 'J' on it.
At the weekend Beyonce appeared to open up about her marriage in a HBO show to promote Lemondae.
