Scottish Singer of the Year in 2008 and 2009, Emily Smith
performs at the Otago Settlers Museum at 8pm tomorrow.
Smith last appeared in Dunedin at the 2006 Otago Festival of
the Arts.
Since winning the 2002 BBC Young Traditional Musician of the
Year Award, she has recorded four albums and is now
recognised as one of Scotland's finest interpreters of
traditional song.
Smith is performing in concert with her husband, New
Zealand-born fiddle player Jamie McLennan.
