This is the third year running that Otago Polytechnic in
association with Metro Realty and a large number of generous
local sponsors have placed a house built by the OP carpentry
team up for auction, raising $200,000 so far for Otago
charities. This year, the charity house is entered in SHaC09,
the Sustainable Habitat Challenge and aims to demonstrate
that more sustainable living is affordable for every Dunedin
