An Otago Polytechnic fashion design graduate whose collections featured in the 2013 iD Dunedin Fashion Week will soon gain an international audience in Vicenza, Italy.
Samuel Ralph, who was also chosen to show his graduate collection at Shanghai Fashion Week in 2012 alongside five classmates, has been named as a finalist in next month's international fashion show and competition Mittelmoda: The Fashion Award.
In its 22nd year, Mittelmoda promotes and fosters emerging fashion design talent from around the world.
Mr Ralph, who lives in Melbourne, is the only New Zealander to feature among the 12 finalists. Others hail from Asia, South America and Europe.
