Vogel St Kitchen's raw cranberry slice

Method

500g dried cranberries
zest of 1 orange
2 Tbsp black chia seeds
2 Tbsp flax seeds
200g almond slivers

 

Method 

Blend the cranberries in a food processor until they start to stick together.

Lightly pulse the almonds.

Combine ingredients and press into a shallow dish or desired mould.
