Marbecks' cheese scone
Ingredients
500g self-raising flour
250g tasty cheese, grated
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
475ml full-fat milk
Method
Add milk to dry ingredients and fold gently until just mixed through.
Portion into 12 scones and place on greased tray.
Bake at 180degC for 30-40min until golden brown.
