Brew Cafe's savoury pinwheels

Ingredients
2½ cups self-raising flour
1 cup cream
½ cup milk
salt and pepper
½ cup cream cheese softened
½ cup relish (any flavour)
2 cups grated cheese
1 red onion, finely sliced
6-8 slices of ham or bacon, chopped
handful of spinach leaves

Method

Mix flour, salt, pepper, cream and milk to form a firm dough (if too soft add more flour).

Roll out into a rectangle about 30cm by 40cm.

Spread cream cheese, then relish over the top of the dough

Scatter remaining ingredients evenly over top.

Roll up firmly and evenly into a log and cut into 8-10 pieces.

Oven bake for 20-25 minutes at 180degC.
