Wooden Table's muesli slice

Ingredients
250g butter
½ cup golden syrup
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup raisins
1 cup cranberries
1 cup apricots
1½ cups self-raising flour
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup pumpkin seeds
½ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup poppy seeds
¼ cup sesame seeds

Method

Line a 22cm x 30cm baking tray with baking paper.

Preheat oven to 160degC.

Melt together the butter and golden syrup.

Place the oats, raisins, cranberries, apricot, seeds, flour and sugar in a bowl and mix to combine.

Add the butter mixture and mix to combine.

Press mixture into the baking tins, taking care to press in well and ensure it is evenly spread in tin and into the corners.

Bake until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool in the tin fully before removing and slicing.
