Afife Harris is organising a Middle Eastern cooking demonstration as a fundraiser for the Centre for Translational Cancer Research: Translating Research into Healthcare, (www.otago.ac.nz/ctcr).
The event is on May 24 at 5.30pm at Logan Park High School and tickets ($40) are available from Harris' stall at the Otago Farmers Market, by phoning 473-8944, or at the door.
