In this article I'll give you 3 solid reasons why lifting
weights can help you burn loads of calories, change your body
shape and help you feel stronger, without looking all
'bulky'.

Armageddon when the fitness Gods will decree the fates of all
individual trainees.
I added my own little spin on this but that kind of sums how
I feel today.
Week 6 Day 17: So after a terrible session on Monday I
made sure to have an up and go this morning. Just as well
too, no dizziness and pukey feelings this time. Makes all the
differnce for me and I am not at all a 'breakfast first thing
in the morning' kind of girl.
Today was definitely my favourite out of all the workouts so
far.
Week 6 Day 16: I got this text message while
picking my daughter up from her dad's house: "Ooooo! It's a
goody tomorrow! See u in the morning team!
Alannah". That's not a good sign.
Week 5 Day 15: Wow! I've only got 3 more TribeFIT
sessions to go after today and I'm a little sad (unthinkable
I know). At the start I saw it as a bit of fun but
after the first session I was just trying to see if I could
survive 6 whole weeks of this and I'd be super proud of
myself if I made it - but now with only a handful of sessions
left I'm starting to think "what the hell am I going to do
now?"
This is a double post since I ended up missing Monday's
workout session but I wanted to tell you about my big
weekend away for my friend's wedding in Wanaka (where I'm
told TribeFIT was born). I discovered that the break plus
overindulging in carbs worked great for Wednesday's workout!
