When and where did you meet?:
We met through our parents who were already friends, eight years ago

The proposal?:
After six years together and Aidan telling me he would never propose on my birthday, he proposed on my 26th birthday over a cocktail at a local restaurant/bar.

Where was the wedding?:
We held our wedding at the gorgeous Grandview Gardens in Outram.

Why did you choose the venue?:
We had attended a wedding there before we got engaged and just thought it fitted our interests and style so well, with all the rustic touches, not to mention that Jo and her team are absolutely amazing!

The dress:
I chose the dress with my mum at Elite Bridal. Tracey is amazing, it was the first dress I tried on and after trying on a few different styles I went back to it. I absolutely loved it!!

The bridesmaids' dresses:
We got the bridesmaids' dresses made from scratch from a photo I liked on Pinterest, I had a specific shade of blue and style that I wanted and they would have been hard to find in-store.

The flowers:
From The Flower Shop Roslyn. They were stunning, Jude is so easy to work with.

The caterers:
Tara and her team from BB Catering were fantastic. Everyone raved about the food!

Highlight of the day:
Had to be finally getting to the end of the aisle and marrying my best friend.
