When and Where did you meet?
We meet on a night out in Queenstown in August 2011
The proposal
Andrew proposed on a weekend away to Wellington which I thought was to celebrate my first year of Teaching.
When and where was the wedding?
We where married on the 5-2-2016 at Greenstone Station, The farm my family has managed for the last 30 years. I have many found memories at Greenstone and it was amazing to get married to in a place so special to my heart.
Why did you choose the venue?
We wanted to be married somewhere special that was a good reflection of who we are.
The dresses and suits
My dress was very simple and purchased from Rue de Seine in Auckland. I wanted to be able to look back in 50 years love the timeless style of the dress. Our bridesmaids dresses where very difficult by comparison. After trying countless dresses a family friend sewed a design my mother and I thought up. The boy were dapper in Hallensteins.
The caterers
Monica Sharp cooked our amazing rustic meal. The meat (venison) and seafood was sourced by Andrew and my father.
Highlight of the day
Everything- I truely can't pick one moment I only wish it hadn't gone so fast.
