Plans to preserve and mount the remains of Bendigo Station's
celebrity merino wether Shrek at Te Papa in Wellington are
still in place, with an unveiling at the national museum
expected later this year.
An Australian woman remained in a serious but stable
condition in Dunedin Hospital's intensive care unit last
night, after a head-on collision between two vehicles on a
