A fire which destroyed a Waitati house was not deliberately
lit, although the cause has not yet been determined, Southern
region fire safety officer Stuart Ide says.
"It involves testosterone, adrenaline and petrol ... What
more could you want?" Brian Kyles, of Oamaru, said at the
Otago Land Rover Owners' Club annual "Mud Plug" at Waitati
yesterday.
