Australasian member firms of the Leading Edge Alliance,
an international alliance of independently owned accounting
firms, have been meeting in Dunedin this week.
At Polson Higgs in Dunedin yesterday are (from left) Tim
Prowse, Tanya Craft, Allan McKeown, Mark Roderick and Stephen
Higgs.
Established in 1999, the LEA has more than 190 member firms
worldwide with collective revenues of $US2.7 billion. It was
recently ranked by the International Accounting bulletin as
the second-largest international association of independent
accounting firms for 2013.
Dunedin-based firm Polson Higgs is the representative member
of the LEA in New Zealand.
Managing partner Stephen Higgs said it was ''a pleasure'' to
host Australian colleagues.
