Farmer-owned fertiliser cooperative Ravensdown said it had completed the sale of its entire Western Australian operation to Macrofertil Australia, which is a subsidiary of Louis Dreyfus Commodities.
Ravensdown said in July it intended to sell its Western Australia operation as part of a renewed strategic focus.
Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
