Law firm Anderson Lloyd has opened an Auckland office,
led by three former partners of rival firm Russell McVeagh.
Geoff Busch, Chris Bargery and David Holden brought
complementary, specialist knowledge to the firm in banking
and finance, corporate, mergers and acquisitions and
infrastructure projects, Anderson Lloyd chief executive
Richard Greenaway said.
Mr Greenaway confirmed several other members of the Russell
McVeagh team also joined the three lead partners when the
office opened this month.
Anderson Lloyd was established in Dunedin in 1862 and also
has offices in Christchurch and Queenstown.
In the past six months, the firm has introduced two new
