Dunedin police are searching for six teens following an early
morning assault in a McDonalds' carpark.
The teens allegedly punched and kicked two men, aged 23 and
24, about the head and body in the McDonald's Central carpark
about 4.10am yesterday, Detective Sergeant Chris Henderson
said.
The men made their way to Dunedin Hospital after the attack
and were treated for facial injuries.
Mr Henderson said the men did not know the attackers, who
were about 16 to 18-years-old.
The teens were believed to have been hanging around the
carpark for some time and anyone with information about the
attack should contact police, he said.
