The children at Bradford School take their art projects seriously.
Over the past six weeks, pupils have transformed the school into a huge art exhibition.
"This term has been devoted to art, as well as other schoolwork like reading and writing," principal Melissa Mitchell-Bain said yesterday.
"We wanted to show the culture at our school and also the culture of our school."
The children were mentored by artists Andrew Wills, Ange Spears and Lynn Taylor as they created seven different art projects around the school, including four mosaic murals, four welcoming pou, a Japanese garden and a picket fence.
Each of the 93 pupils at the school also contributed to a 5m by 2m mural on the school building.
Parents, staff and former pupils spent the weekend installing the features and grouting the mosaics.
"It's been a real community effort, which has made it super special," Mrs Mitchell-Bain said.
