The Otago Museum has again been recognised as one of the top
tourism businesses in the country, having gained a perfect
score three years in a row from Qualmark, the New Zealand
quality assurance system, museum officials said.
Qualmark officials said the museum had met the high standards
set by the tourism industry and was committed to providing
''quality visitor experiences''.
Qualmark, a non-profit organisation jointly owned by Tourism
New Zealand and the New Zealand Automobile Association, aims
to direct travellers towards quality-assured products and
services.
