''It was good neighbourhood co-operation,'' Ritchies manager Malcolm Budd said. ''We've been neighbours since 1994 and we've let them use our steam-cleaner on their fire engines, so they removed our signage for us as a training exercise. We're going to miss having the New Zealand Fire Service as neighbours.''
