Celebrity chef Al Brown will be revealing some seafood
secrets at this year's Port Chalmers Seafood Festival.
The Wellington-based television chef and author will be
dishing up stories and a signature seafood dish at the second
annual festival, on September 21.
"Having Al and his team with us for the day is going to be
ideal, as he will bring his own flavour to the event,'' Port
Chalmers Seafood Festival committee chairwoman Chanel Gardner
"We are really looking forward to showing him and his team
the fabulous seafood unique to this region.''
