A relaxed Mrs Holley said Mila had not been due until January 17.
She was born at home in Fairfield at 7.41am yesterday, weighing in at a healthy 3.8kg (8lb 6oz).
Mrs Holley said everything had gone well, the baby arriving after a one-hour and 29-minute labour.
Mr Holley said there were no concerns as the baby was perfectly healthy, after a clockwork delivery.
''We woke up, we got ready and we had a baby.''
Mila's was the couple's third home birth, although the first one, of son Brodie (6), who arrived very quickly, was not intended to be.
