Visiting Chinese artist Zhang Zhigang sketches Otago Harbour from Steamer Basin.
Mr Zhang is one of a group of artists from Dunedin and academics from the China Central Academy of Fine Arts, in Beijing, touring the city.
The group had a tour of the Dunedin Public Art Gallery's exhibitions and collection on Wednesday and spent yesterday afternoon painting Dunedin sights.
The artists are travelling around the country with Tourism New Zealand. Their two-night stay in Dunedin was to be documented by Chinese media travelling with them.
