Following their work at Sawpit Gully, volunteers are ''having one more crack'' at clearing wilding pines from the gully before winter sets in.
Ange van der Laan, of Arrowtown, said volunteers would remove pines nearest the tracks and waterways.
• The working party will meet by the public toilets at the Chinese settlement at 9am on May 10, or May 11 if poor weather.
