Police are warning Fairfield residents to be wary of burglars operating in the area.
Sergeant Steve Aitken, of Dunedin, said three properties were targeted in recent weeks - two in Fairfield and another in nearby Sunninghurst.
A 22-inch flat-screen television, two sleeping bags, bedding, pots, an electric frypan, a microwave and a picnic hamper were taken, Police warn residents to secure their properties and to report suspicious activity.
