A woman was assaulted by a male acquaintance in Pine Hill Rd last night, police say.
The woman was drinking with two male acquaintances in her Pine Hill Rd home when she was attacked, Senior Sergeant Brian Benn said.
One of the males punched her in the nose and the other stole a bottle of alcohol from the house about 7.15pm, he said.
Late last night, police were speaking to suspects in relation to the assault.
The group were all known to each other and the male alleged to have carried out the assault was well known to police.
