A decision on Queenstown man Basil Walker's application for a judicial review, aimed at halting Otago Regional Council funding for the Forsyth Barr Stadium, is expected to be released today.
Staff from the High Court in Dunedin yesterday confirmed a decision would be released at 2pm, following last week's full-day hearing before Justice Graham Lang.
Mr Walker, who represented himself at the June 4 hearing, wanted the ORC's contribution of $37.5 million towards construction of the $198 million stadium halted.
