The Otago Peninsula house at 100 Camp Rd, which was
subject to a mortgagee sale, has been sold.
Metro Realty agent Lawrence Peeters confirmed the sale
yesterday, but would not disclose the buyer or the price
paid.
Mr Peeters said he had been acting for the Southland Building
Society and there had been "very strong buyer interest" and
"multiple offers".
"It was an excellent result both for the company and myself,
and for the bank, of course."
The 900sq m bluestone house, on 17.4ha of land, was built for
the Corish family, now of Oamaru.
It had a rateable value of $3.75 million.
