Natural History Champion award for Denise Montgomery - 'Black fronted tern protecting nest'. Open category Como Marine Award for Glenn Symon - 'Leaving Port'. Open Honours award for Barry Grimmond - 'Amsterdam Beer'. Open Honours award for Ian Thomson - 'Autumn dreaming'. Open Honours award for Ian Thomson - 'Double Cross Rocamadour'. Open Champion award for Graham Tait - 'Lindis Light'. The society holds four seasonal exhibitions each year, of which two are for projected images (digital photos or slides). The Winter Projected Image exhibition was held on July 27. Title image 'Oturehua chill' by John Fridd.
 

Winning images from the Dunedin Photographic Society's recent Winter slide exhibition. There are a few honours recipients and one champion in each of Natural History and Open categories.
