Photographers from all around New Zealand entered prints and projected images in the prestigious 42nd Dunedin Festival of Photography.

The winning photos, along with all the acceptances, are on display at the Art Centre upstairs in the Dunedin Railway Station from Sunday, January 8 to Sunday, January 15. Opening hours 10am to 4pm daily.

The Dunedin Photographic Society's 41st annual competition and exhibition attracted about 700 images from 80 photographers from New Zealand and Australia.

The best photographs are on display at the Art Station, Dunedin Railway Station, from January 9-16. The exhibition is open 10am-4pm daily.

A selection of winning photos from the Dunedin Photographic Society's 2009 Dunedin Festival of Photography. The Festival was judged in two sections, Open and Natural History attracted 660 images from 75 entrants from throughout New Zealand.

The exhibition is free and open to members of the public at Rocda Gallery, 73 Princess Street, Dunedin from Monday, November 16 until Saturday, November 21.

Gallery hours are Monday to Thursday 10 am-6pm, Friday 10am-8pm, Saturday 10am-3 pm.

Winning images from the Dunedin Photographic Society's recent Winter slide exhibition. There are a few honours recipients and one champion in each of Natural History and Open categories.
