Telecom says it has problems with people making calls on its
XT network.
The degradation of voice calls was predominantly in the North
Island and it was trying to fix the problem, spokeswoman
Katherine Murphy said.
Data and text messages are working as normal.
Telecom apologised for the inconvenience to affected
customers.
The XT network came under fire when it was plagued with
outage problems after it was launched in 2009.
