A man fell to his death from the IRD building in Takapuna on Auckland's North Shore this afternoon.
Police and ambulance were called to the Byron Ave building about 2.30pm.
The man was believed to have fallen from the roof.
A spokesman for IRD said the man was not believed to be an employee.
Police are investigating the death.
