A 3-year-old boy was being flown to hospital after being run
over by a car as he played on his scooter at a Raglan boat
ramp this morning.
The incident happened about 9.40am, Fire Service senior
communicator Tania Matthews said.
Firefighters were setting up a landing site for a rescue
helicopter to collect the boy from the Manu Bay ramp, she
said.
The boy was stable.
