One man is dead and another seriously injured following a
collision between two motorcycles on a remote rural road near
Culverden in Canterbury late last night.
The exodus of New Zealanders to Australia is slowing down
with the realisation that work is not only hard to find, but
also not always lucrative, a Canterbury University researcher
says.
