A woman whose body washed up on a Napier beach on Tuesday has
been named by police.
Delphi Rose Koto Redding, also known as Dale Redding, was
found by a group of men at the southern end of Westshore
Beach in Napier just after 9.30am.
Ms Redding, 55, of Napier, was found fully clothed when she
was found but it appeared she may have been in the water,
police said.
Provisional post-mortem examination results indicated her
death was not suspicious and it would be referred to the
coroner.
