The body of a teenager has been found in a drain in a
Christchurch park.
Police said they were called to South Hagley Park, near Deans
Ave, about 12.40pm today by a member of the public.
The body, believed to be that of a male teenager, was found
in an open, water-filled drain.
Police said it was too early to determine whether the death
was suspicious.
The site has been cordoned off and a full forensic
examination is under way.
