The start of a murder trial has been delayed by one day so it
wouldn't clash with the one-year anniversary of the victim's
Lucille Scollay, 44, has been charged with killing her
husband Guy Scollay, 48, at the pair's Christchurch home on
February 10 this year.
Her murder trial at the High Court was due to start on
February 10 next year.
But it's now been delayed to start the following day. The
trial is expected to last three days.
Mrs Scollay, a cleaner, was remanded in custody after being
arrested shortly after the early morning incident at Edgeware
Rd, but was released on bail after a successful appeal to the
