A man who was shot in Motueka
early yesterday will be summonsed for unlawful possession of
a firearm, police say.
The 23-year-old was admitted to Nelson Hospital in a serious
condition after being shot in the stomach around 4am.
It was believed the weapon was a .22 rifle.
