A retail store was raided and the manager arrested for selling legal highs without a licence in Te Puke on Friday.
Police searched the shop after being informed it was selling the drugs illegally.
The 24-year-old man was arrested and charged with selling legal highs without a licence.
A police spokesperson said police were keeping a close eye on businesses that sell legal highs.
The shop manager will appear in the Tauranga District Court on Thursday.
