Hawkes Bay Police said in a statement that the two teenagers were arrested this afternoon and were charged with injuring with intent to cause grievous bodily harm. Both will appear in the Hastings District Court in the morning.

The incident occurred at about 3:50am yesterday when the victim was standing outside the clock tower public toilets on Te Aute Road, central Havelock North.
