Police are warning of bogus phone calls which demand payment to the energy company Nova Energy, with the caller threatening to cut off power if payment is not made.
Anyone receiving such a call could check whether it was genuine by calling Nova on 0800 668 236, police said in a statement today.
Police would like to hear from anyone who believes they have received one of these calls.
