Earlier this morning the bodies of three of the seven crash victims were still on the glacier.
Rain and cloud had earlier stymied several recovery efforts.
But police confirmed shortly before midday all three bodies had been recovered.
Teams of police search and rescue staff, Aoraki-Mt Cook Alpine Cliff Rescue and Fox Glacier Alpine Cliff Rescue crews left in helicopters for the glacier about 6am.
Members of the Transport Accident Investigation Commission were also at the scene.
Twenty-six people involved in the recovery and investigation were at the glacier by 7am.
Police hoped a window of good weather this morning would allow enough time to locate and recover the remaining three victims along with other evidence.
Four Britons, two Australians, and local pilot Mitch Gameren died when the Alpine Adventures helicopter crashed into a deep crevasse in the glacier on the South Island West Coast glacier on Saturday.
