A woman is dead and a man is seriously injured after a four-wheel-drive rolled on a remote North Otago farm.
A police spokesman said the crash happened at Ben Omar Station, near Omarama, about 11.20am.
Only one vehicle was involved and police are at the scene investigating the cause of the crash.
