A 24-year-old woman sustained minor injuries after crashing a car through a fence in western Southland today.
A police spokesman said the woman was alone in the car when she left the Te Anau-Mossburn Highway, near The Key, about 12.30pm.
The police investigation was continuing, he said.
A St John spokeswoman said the woman sustained minor injuries and an ambulance was not required.
