A "substantial" haul of letters and parcels has been found at
the home of a Queenstown woman arrested following a spate of
mail thefts.
Police said they recovered the missing mail from the
32-year-old woman's home in Frankton Rd, Fernhill.
The investigation, with the help of NZ Post, will continue
and police hoped they would be able to return the stolen mail
as soon as possible.
People in the Fernhill area who believed they were missing
mail were urged to contact the NZ Post Customer Service
Centre on 0800 501 501.
The woman was to appear in Queenstown District Court today.
