Queenstown police are urging members of the public to call
111 if they see any person indecently exposing themselves
anywhere in the resort town.
A man exposing himself and behaving indecently in front of a
group of New Year's Eve revellers, on Marine Parade, was
reported on Saturday at 2.40pm. Senior Constable Chris
Blackford, of Queenstown, yesterday said the revellers should
have immediately alerted the police, not told them five days
later.
The offender matched the description of a man who was seen
behaving the same way in Fryer St on New Year's Eve at
1.35am.
